Schools associated with the Outreach Intervention Programme will be allocated an Outreach worker who will provide 2 full days of support for up to 5 students within that school with a KS3 focus.

> Feelings and Emotional Resilience
> Bereavement, Separation and Loss
> Stress management
> Social skills
> Promoting Self-Esteem and Assertiveness
We also offer our partner schools:
> Strategies and recommendations for the development of effective support plans.
> Participation in multi-agency meetings.
> Building relationships and engagement with parents.
> Behaviour and Engagement profile assessment.
> Possible referral to AP Task Force for appropriate KS4 students
